We (the folks at 977mb.com) run a service called 977mb.com and would love for you to use it. Our basic service is free, and we offer paid upgrades for advanced features such as domain hosting and extra storage. Our service is designed to give you as much control and ownership over what goes on your site as possible and encourage you to express yourself freely. However, be responsible in what you create. In particular, make sure that none of the prohibited items listed below appear on your site or get linked to from your site (things like spam, viruses, hate content, etc). Please make sure you read through the list and the rest of the terms and agree with them before you get started.

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the 977mb.com website and all content, services and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, the 977mb.com upgrade hosting service (“Upgrade Service”), (taken together, the Website). The Website is owned and operated by 977mb.com. (“977mb.com”). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, 977mb.com’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by 977mb.com (collectively, the “Agreement”).

3. Content language. The users are allowed to host content written in any official language of the European Union. If you plan to host content in a language that does not meet this criteria, you are required to obtain a permission from 977MB.com support prior to hosting such content.
   
   
4. Resource usage. Any site using excessive CPU or RAM resources will be suspended without notice. Hosting of any type of torrent tracking script and/or web proxy script is strictly not permitted and will lead to immediate account termination!
   
   
5. Fees and Payment. Optional premium paid services such as extra storage, domain purchases or upgrade hosting are available through a third party company or companies. You can find offers from our recommended company/companies on the "Upgrade" page. Please note that 977MB.com itself does not directly run any paid web hosting service and does not collect any payments.
   
   
6. Email advertisement. 977MB.com offers 100% free web hosting. In order to cover some costs associated with running our free hosting offer and warrant stable service and future growth, the users agree to receive up to 3 promotional emails a week sent either by 977MB.com directly or by its advertisers. Service related emails do not count towards this limit. Wilful blocking, "blacklisting" or reporting as "SPAM" or "Unsolicited emails" of any promotional emails sent either by 977MB.com directly or by our advertisers, to user's ISP and/or any company, organization or subject which engages in anti-spam fight, is stricly prohibited and is a reason for 977MB.com account termination.
   
   
7. Inactive accounts. All 977MB.com accounts that are inactive for more than 59 days are automatically removed from the system. "Account inactivity" is measured by the fact there are no visitors to website associated with a given 977MB.com account in the above mentioned period.
   
   
8. Service support. No support can be guaranteed for the free hosting service by 977MB.com. Support from 977MB.com is provided on "best effort" basis only. We ask our users to ask any 977MB.com questions related to their account, and not sensitive in nature, in the community forums operated by 977MB.com.
   
   
9. 17. General Representation and Warranty. You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the 977MB.com Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
    
    
18. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 977MB.com, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to out of your violation this Agreement.
    
    
19. Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between 977MB.com and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of 977MB.com, or by the posting by 977MB.com of a revised version. Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and the proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the courts located in Prague, Czech Republic. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; 977MB.com may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
